powerjitu Privacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use powerjitu and how we keep that data protected. We take your privacy seriously and operate under clear principles: we collect only what we need, we use it only for the purposes you expect, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
Our services are available only where local law permits. When you create an account on powerjitu, you provide us with personal details—your name, email, phone number, and identity documents for verification. We explain below exactly how we handle each category of data, who may access it, and what rights you have.
What we collect on powerjitu
We collect personal information in several categories. Account data includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number—all required to open an account and comply with identity verification rules. Payment information covers your chosen deposit method: if you use DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we record the transaction reference and timestamp; if you transfer via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet virtual account, we log the bank details and confirmation. We do not store your card numbers or wallet passwords.
Behavioural data is collected automatically: your login times, the games you view, your session duration, and your device type. We use cookies and similar tracking tools to remember your preferences and to detect fraud. Location data may be inferred from your IP address to verify you are in a supported jurisdiction. We also collect support tickets, chat logs, and any documents you upload for identity verification—such as your national ID, passport, or utility bill.
How we use your data on powerjitu
We use your personal information for five main purposes. First, account management: we verify your identity, process your deposits and withdrawals, and maintain your account history. Second, compliance: we are required by law to collect and retain certain data to prevent money laundering and fraud. Third, customer support: we use your contact details and chat history to respond to your queries and resolve disputes. Fourth, platform improvement: we analyse aggregate, anonymised behavioural data to improve game performance, payment flows, and user experience. Fifth, marketing: if you opt in, we may send you emails about new games, promotions, or platform updates—you can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not use your data to profile you for discrimination, nor do we sell it to advertisers. We do not share your identity documents with anyone outside powerjitu except where required by law or to comply with a court order.
Third-party processors and data sharing
Our payment processors—the banks and e-wallet providers behind mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment—receive your transaction data directly. We also work with identity verification vendors who check your documents against government databases. These vendors operate under strict data-protection agreements and may store your data on servers outside Indonesia. Our hosting provider stores our database backups in multiple regions for security and disaster recovery. We may also share anonymised, aggregated data with game studios and analytics partners to improve our offerings.
If you contact customer support, your chat logs are stored on our servers and may be reviewed by our team members in Jakarta, Surabaya, or other locations where we operate. We do not share your account credentials or payment methods with any third party.

Cookies, security, and retention
We use cookies to keep you logged in, to remember your language preference, and to detect suspicious activity. Most cookies expire after 30 days; session cookies expire when you close your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit your ability to use powerjitu. We also use analytics cookies to understand how users navigate our platform—these are anonymised and do not identify you personally.
We protect your data using industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher) for all data in transit. Your password is hashed and salted; we never store it in plain text. Our servers are protected by firewalls, intrusion-detection systems, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure; if you suspect a breach, contact us immediately.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus seven years after closure to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Payment records are kept for ten years. Identity documents are deleted after verification unless we are required by law to retain them. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where legal obligations require us to keep records.
Contact us about your privacy
